In 2004 only 250 white were made for membership pieces; 125 black and 100 yellow were made for special raffles and holiday boxes.
In 2003 only 250 cars were made for the convention bottle. 100 black and 100 yellow and 20 red were made for holiday boxes and special raffles.
This white truck from 2002 was unlimited ordering with approximately 260 sold. There are no more available to purchase.
This blue truck had a limited edition of 175 and was awarded by lottery to the purchasers.
